This week Zach and Steve look at a few videos that demonstrate swimmer rescue. Cody joins in at the the end to help answer a question about picking good boating partners.
Zach and Steve had some robust discussions about how to rescue swimmers and which swimmers to rescue first. The following priorities were agreed on:
- Prioritize the safety of the boat you're while rescuing swimmers so you don't create more swimmers
- Any swimmer ahead of boats is in a particularly dangerous position so catching up with the most downstream swimmer is a priority
