Mile 0: Bruno Road splits off of North Santiam Hwy and crosses the river. This is the upper put-in for those who want to run Richochet Rapid (IV). There is an alternative put-in just down stream at Whispering Falls Campground.

Mile 6.7: Santiam Flats is take-out. At some flows there is a big surf wave! The park is located on river right. You can always access the river by driving on Blowout Road and crossing the river. There is some parking along the road.
